J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: (i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, Order or Direction commanding the respondents not to include the name of the petitioner in hit list of criminals published under the respondents police station. (ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, Order or Direction commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner after verifying the records and his criminal anticidents.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that, the pleadings are vague and the grievances are rooted on mere apprehensions. There can be no relief granted as prayed for especially since the inclusion of the petitioner, if at all in any list of criminals, would depend upon his antecedents and also his

W.P.(C) No.16384 of 2015 - W future conduct. What the petitioner wants is not discernible from the rather puerile averments made and there is also not disclosed any specific cause of action but for the apprehensions wildly aired by the petitioner.

The writ petition is found to be not maintainable and the same is dismissed in limine.
