J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court apprehending that the registration certificate in the name of the petitioner pertaining to tipper lorry bearing Reg.No.KL-34B 4720, would be changed to the name of the financier.

Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that till date, no application has been received from the financier either for change of ownership or for repossession.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed reserving the petitioner's right to approach the competent forum if real threat arises.
