J U D G M E N T
The petitioners have approached this Court alleging that the contractor deputed by the 2nd respondent is taking steps to cause obstruction to the only access road to the houses of the petitioners.

The petitioners are residing in the houses near the plots, covered by properties included in Ext.P2. They constructed buildings during the years, 1960-1970. The petitioners allege that there are five houses in the said plot. According to them, the said plot is situated at a height of 6.5 meters from the main road, which is the PWD road running between Gandhi Nagar and Medical College. The petitioners allege that there is an approach road along the properties of the petitioners crossing the PWD road. The petitioners' apprehension is that the said road is about to be demolished by the contractor deputed

When the matter came up for admission, this Court, by interim order dated 22.08.2012, directed the 2nd respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioners raised in Ext.P1 representation and to take appropriate decision in the matter within a time frame.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the light of the interim order already passed, no further orders are required for the time being.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.
