Dated this the 3rd day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner who is aggrieved by the non-sanction of an application for leave on medical grounds, and consequent nonpayment of salary for the month of October, 2014 and January, 2015, has approached the 1st respondent complaining about the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent, to which the petitioner has attributed mala fides. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation that has been filed by the petitioner before him within a specific time frame.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
