JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a declaration that the interview conducted by the Selection Committee headed by the 1st respondent on 23.09.2006 for the post of Development Officer to Kannur University is null and void and seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to constitute a fresh Selection Committee with the Vice Chancellor as its Chairman and conduct a fresh interview for the post of Development Officer in accordance with law.
2. On 26.05.2015, when the case was taken up for final hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was posted to 27.06.2015 and the Registry was directed to show the name of the present Standing Counsel for Kannur University in the cause list. Today, when the case was taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
