Dated this the 3rd day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who was appointed as L.P.S.A in the S.S.V Lower Primary School, Kallara with effect from 16.07.2009 against an additional division vacancy, is aggrieved by the action of the Assistant Educational Officer approving his appointment only with effect from 01.06.2011. In this connection, the petitioner has already approached the 1st respondent through Ext.P10 revision petition and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10 revision petition that has been preferred by him before the said respondent.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10 revision petition of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
