JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are trying to evict the petitioner and her daughter from the building in her possession. It is also complained that petitioner and her daughter are threatened that they will be thrown out and defamed before the public by raising various allegations. In such circumstances the petitioner has filed Ext.P1 complaint on 18.07.2013 before the 2nd respondent. Since no action has been taken in the matter, petitioner has approached this Court praying for a direction to 2nd respondent to render necessary police protection for the life of petitioner and her daughter. An interim order had been passed by this Court on 01.08.2013 directing respondents 1 and 2 to grant necessary police protection to the life of the petitioner and her daughter.
2. It is submitted by learned Government Pleader that petitioner and 4th respondent are sisters, who claim right
WP(C) No. 19172 of 2013 -:2:- in two parts of the same building and dispute arose between them. An appeal arising out of a partition suit is pending before this Court as R.S.A. No.113 of 2011. It is further submitted by learned Government Pleader that after the interim order was passed in the case, no untoward incident has been reported.
3. Having regard to the fact that no untoward incident has been reported after the interim order, we do not think it necessary to pass any further orders. We only observe that if there is any further threat to life or if any offence is committed or there is attempt to commit any offence or any law and order situation, it shall be open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the Police who shall look into the same and do the needful.
