JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney. In view of the order which is being passed, no notice is being issued to 2nd respondent.

2. Petitioners claim that their marriage has been solemnized on 15.05.2015. They came up with the writ petition alleging police harassment.

3. Learned State Attorney after obtaining instructions submitted that on the complaint submitted by 2nd respondent, the grand mother of 2nd petitioner, the 1st respondent has called the petitioner once to know his whereabouts. It is submitted by learned State Attorney that no crime has even been registered as on date. In the above view of the matter we do not find any case of police harassment. The Writ Petition is closed.
