J U D G M E N T

The petitioner had filed the above Writ Petition seeking affiliation for the course - B.com. with Computer Application for the academic year 2008-09.

The learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that for the said academic year affiliation was granted provisionally and the same is being continued provisionally, in the subsequent years.

In such circumstance, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving open all contention of either parties.
