JUDGMENT
In both these writ petitions, the petitioners are the Managers of the schools. In connection with appointments, that were made to the post of UPSA by the petitioners, against retirement/promotion vacancies, the petitioners had forwarded the appointment letters to the 2nd respondent for approval. It is the case of the petitioners that, notwithstanding the forwarding of the letters of appointment to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders in the matter till date. It is under these circumstances, that the petitioners have approached this Court through the present writ petitions.
2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the request for approval submitted by
-2W.P.(C). Nos. 16555 & 16556 of 2015 the petitioners, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioners and the affected teachers. The petitioners shall produce a copy of the writ petitions together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for further action.
