J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with Ext.P4 and P5 for multifarious reasons as stated in the writ petition. However, the contention before this Court was confined to the violation of principles of natural justice. The learned Government Pleader also on instruction fairly submits that the petitioner was not heard before Exts.P4 and P5 are passed. In such circumstance, without going into the merits and leaving open all such contentions Exts.P4 and P5 would stand set aside for violation of principles of natural justice. The petitioner shall appear before the office of the respondent on 22.06.2015. The office shall with acknowledgment give a date of hearing, within one month from the date of appearance and the matter shall be disposed of
