JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed alleging police harassment. The petitioner's case in the Writ Petition is that the Police have entered into her house on 19.5.2015. and tried to arrest the minor son of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that a crime has been registered against the petitioner's husband and her son. It is submitted that her son could be arrested on 28.5.2015 and has been remanded. The husband of the petitioner is still absconding. It is submitted that no case of harassment has been meted out against the petitioner, nor the

WP(C).16572/15 petitioner is an accused or any investigation is proposed against the petitioner as on date.

4. In view of the above facts of the case, we find that present is not a case of police harassment. The Police have been searching the accused and in that connection, they went to the house of the petitioner. We observe that in case the petitioner alleges any police harassment, it shall be open for her to file complaint before the higher authorities.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
