JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 3 to 6, in view of the order, which is being passed.

2. The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition seeking police protection and prays for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to afford police protection from respondents 3 to 6.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that at the very outset the petitioner has not filed any complaint or approached the Police.

4. In the above view of the matter, we do not think that the Writ Petition need be entertained. It shall be open

WP(C).16592/15 for the petitioner to file appropriate complaint, if any offence is committed or there is attempt to commit offence against the petitioner.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
