J U D G M E N T
The petitioner was awarded a work by the Agricultural Department, which though commenced, could not be completed for reason of certain objections raised by the Forest Department. In fact the Forest Department had registered a case against the petitioner and the officials of the Agricultural Department. The work however proceeded up to mid-way.
2. The petitioner submits that he may be atleast paid the amounts for the work which had been completed. The petitioner had filed a representation before the authority as is evident at Ext.P2. The Principal Secretary, Agriculture shall consider the same after affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing within a period of three months from the date of
W.P.(C) No.16594 of 2015 - Y receipt of the certified copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce the certified copy of the judgment before the 1st respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of.
