J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P4, which is the communication of the Additional Tahsildar to the Village Officer.

The petitioner admittedly claims land in excess of that disclosed in the title deed. The petitioner had sought for assessment of the entire land allegedly in his possession. The Tahsildar, by Ext.P4, directed the Village Officer to take a decision in the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of, without any observation on merits, directing the Village Officer to take a decision in the matter expeditiously at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and if needed, after inspection of the property.
