JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 7 and 8, in view of the order, which is being passed.

2. The petitioner, who is running a hotel, has come up in the Writ Petition seeking direction to respondents 1 to 6 to give adequate protection as requested in Exhibit P3. The petitioner's case is that respondents 6 and 7, who were earlier employees of the petitioner, were terminated and they have threatened the petitioner with regard to which Exhibit P2 complaint was filed on 6.5.2015.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that after receiving the complaint, both the

WP(C).16657/15 parties were called and the parties have settled the matter and no further complaint has been received. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even thereafter there are instances of threat and trespass.

4. Be that as it may, in the event any offence is committed or there is attempt to commit offence against the petitioner, it shall be open for the petitioner to file complaint before the Police authorities concerned. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
