JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P4 order and seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 3rd respondent to remove the electric line drawn in pursuance to Ext.P4, which injuriously affects the petitioner's life.
2. On 29.05.2015, when this writ petition came up for final hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel for the Board on instruction submitted that the electric line in question has already been drawn and energised on 18.07.2011. Today also none appears for the petitioner.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
