JUDGMENT

The limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation, which was submitted by the petitioner for revision of timings relating to his stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-58 C 9045 operating on the route between Thalassery and Vengathode. The petitioner alleges that one of the timings of his service objectionable as it is allowed to reach Thalassery at 6.06 p.m. and is allowed to depart from there at 8.30 p.m. so as to reach and halt at Kallikkandy at 9.16 p.m. He alleges that Kallikkandy is a remote area. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the prayer, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation, within a period of

W.P.(C) No. 16669 of 2015 -2one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest.
