------------------------------------- W.P.(C) No. 16690 of 2015 -------------------------------------- Dated this the 4th day of June, 2015.
JUDGMENT
The limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation, which was submitted by the petitioner for revision of timings relating to his stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-2 N 9912 operating on the route between Kaipuzhamuttu and Vazhamana. The petitioner alleges that three of his timings ie, the departure from Kaipuzhamuttu at 8.55 a.m., 2.40 p.m. and from Vaikom at 12.42 p.m.are in clash with another service. He preferred a report before the respondent to allot vacant timing of KL-7 AR 4678. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the prayer, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
W.P.(C) No. 16690 of 2015 To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest.
