JUDGMENT

The limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation, which was submitted by the petitioner for revision of timings relating to his stage carriage bearing registration No. KL-53 F 1959, operating on the route between Valanchery and Aliparamba. He alleges that one of the timings of his service is in clash with another service and he intends to change the departure time of his service for Valanchery at 3.26 to 3.32. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the prayer, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest.
