JUDGMENT
Aggrieved by the non-consideration of Ext.P1 application, the petitioner has come up before this court. 2.
The petitioner is the owner of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-16/D 8986. The petitioner alleges that he applied for a temporary permit on the route Attingal and Attingal via Chirayinkil, Kadakkavoor, Mananakku and Alamcode in the vacancy of defaulted service KL 01/C 7243. The petitioner further alleges that the original bus is not operating and therefore there is temporary need warranting issuance of temporary permit. Hence the petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of submissions and the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the
W.P.(C) No. 16706 of 2015 -2respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest.
