J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the wife of the 4th respondent. The petitioner had approached Judicial First Class Magistrate, Thiruvalla against the 4th respondent under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. The learned Magistrate had passed an order directing the 4th respondent to pay maintenance and also compensation amount. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in realising the amount awarded under the order of the Magistrate. 2.
It appears that, the 4th respondent is working abroad. The notice sent to him has been returned stating the 'addressee left India'. In that view of the matter, if petitioner provides details of the assets belonging to the 4th respondent both movable and immovable, necessary action shall be initiated to recover the amount from the assets of the 4th respondent. 3.
Therefore, respondents 1 & 2 shall take necessary steps in the matter on being furnished details from the petitioner
WP(c). No. 16746 of 2015 without any delay. Needful shall be done, on receipt of such details within 3 months.
This writ petition is disposed of.
