JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the private respondents in view of the order which is being passed.

2. The petitioner has come up with the writ petition seeking police protection against the 4th respondent. Petitioner's case is that he has borrowed some money from the 4th respondent which were returned, but still he is threatening the petitioner. He has preferred Ext.P2 complaint on 29.05.2015. On perusal of the complaint it does not indicate any particular incident for which any investigation may be needed by the police. We only observe that if any offence is committed or there is any attempt to commit offence, it is always open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the police authorities and the police authorities may look into the same and take appropriate action. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.
