J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, a student of the Nurse-cumPharmacist Course, a certified course being conducted in the 4th respondent School, apprehends discontinuance of the same on the introduction of a Diploma Course having duration of 2 years and 3 months.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the re-designation and conversion of the Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Course to a Diploma Course is in the anvil and those who have been admitted to the Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Course will definitely be allowed to continue and complete it.
