Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2.

This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that the 2nd respondent is unnecessarily calling the petitioner at the instance of the 3rd respondent. It is submitted that a habeas corpus petition was filed in this Court as W.P (Crl) No. No.445/13 in which the petitioner's daughter was produced, where she expressed her desire to go with her parents. It was so directed by this Court by judgment dated 4th of October, 2013. It is submitted that the police authorities have now directed the petitioner to produce the petitioner's daughter before them.

3.

Learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions, submitted that a complaint was received from the 3rd

W.P (C) No.16824/15 -:2:- respondent and that police authorities have made enquiries and called the petitioner. He further submits that police authorities after coming to know about the earlier order of the Court has now closed the matter. It is further submitted that police never asked the petitioner to produce her daughter.

In the above view of the matter, we close the writ petition recording the above submission of the learned Government Pleader.
