JUDGMENT
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for the re-issue of the temporary permit in continuation of Ext.P1.

The petitioner is operating an existing stage carriage between Ayoor and Kallar. The petitioner alleges that Ext.P1 permit is issued in respect of the petitioner's service bearing No.KL 24/G 7071 and the same is valid till 22.6.2015. The petitioner had already submitted Ext.P2 application for reissue of the said temporary permit to operate service in continuation of Ext.P1 permit. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the submissions and the nature of the prayer, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2
W.P.(C) No. 16878 of 2015 -2application in the light of Ext.P3 judgment, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition, a copy of this judgment as well as a copy of Ext.P2 before the respondent at the earliest.
