JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the delay in considering Exhibit P2 application by the respondent, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

2. The petitioner who is the owner of a stage carriage, bearing Registration No.KL-03/H 2416, considering the urgent temporary need, applied for issuance of temporary permit for a period of four months, by Ext.P2 on the route Pala (Kottaramattom Bus Stand) - Kozhencherry. The said application has been made on 06.03.2015. The petitioner requests a direction for disposal of Exhibit P2 within a time frame.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter.

W.P.(c) No. 16914 of 2015 Considering the nature of the submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
