J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection inter alia contending that there are certain disputes with respondents 3 to 5 in regard to the demolition of the boundary wall. It is submitted that suits are pending between the parties as OS Nos.93/15 and 91/15. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that law and order situation has arisen in the matter relating to a pathway which turns out to be a stream during rainy season. Parties are at loggerheads and police has provided necessary force to avoid law and order situation. Having regard to the submission of the learned Government Pleader, we do not think that any further direction is to be issued in regard to the relief sought for by the petitioner. Taking on
