JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disbursement of the following terminal benefits.

(i) Leave salary for the period from September 1991 to October, 2014.

(ii) Pay revision arrears with effect from the year 1997.

(iii) Monthly pension with arrears from November 2014.

(iv) Death-cum-retirement gratuity.

(v) Commuted value of pension.

The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation within a period of two months. The needful shall be done with notice to the petitioner and the necessary follow up action taken.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
