JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in revaluating the answer papers of the petitioner, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, she applied for scrutiny and revaluation of "Financial Management Principles" paper for her M.Com course. Scrutiny has already been done and she had understood that five of her answers were not properly valued. She has obtained employment for which she has to produce M.Com Certificate before 31.6.2015. According to the petitioner, if the revaluation is not done immediately, the petitioner would lose her employment. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent University submits that the scrutiny is over and the process of

WPC No.16953/2015 2 revaluation is going on.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent University to complete the revaluation and announce the result at the earliest, if possible, on or before 30.6.2015.
