J U D G M E N T
In connection with the approval of the appointment of the 2nd petitioner as L.G. Hindi Teacher at Al-Mubarak U.P.School, Pallipuram, the 2nd petitioner has filed a revision petition in terms of Rue 8A of Chapter XIVA of the Kerala Education Rules, before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision, within a specified time frame.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P5 revision petition, after hearing the 2nd petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
