J U D G M E N T

The petitioner challenges the authority of the 1st respondent to seize the vehicle. The said ground no longer survives in view of the issuance of Notification No. G.O(P) No.55/2015/ID dated 06.05.2015.

2. The next prayer of the petitioner is that the vehicle be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate so as to seek interim custody of the vehicle. The same shall be done within two weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
