J U D G M E N T

For an expeditious revaluation and scrutiny of the petitioner's answer sheets, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

The petitioner was a student of Matha College of Technology, North Paravur in Electronics and Communication Engineering during the years, 2010-14. He appeared for supplementary examination for Applied Electromagnetic theory paper of the 5th semester and results have been published as per Ext.P3. As he was seen failed for Electromagnetic theory paper, he applied for revaluation and scrutiny of the said paper, which has not been done so far. According to the petitioner, he is offered a seat for MBA Course at St.Antony's School of Management Studies, Ernakulam and the classes would be commenced in the first week of July. Hence, he prays

for a direction to the respondent for an expeditious revaluation and scrutiny of his answer sheets. 3.

Today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent university, on instructions, submitted that the revaluation process is going on and the same would be completed before 03.08.2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the publication is delayed, the petitioner would not be in a position to apply for any other course. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent university to complete the revaluation and tabulation expeditiously and to intimate the marks obtained by the petitioner to the institution, where the petitioner is intending to join for higher studies.
