J U D G M E N T
Shaffique,J.
Petitioner has approached this court seeking police protection alleging that respondents 4 to 9 are threatening the petitioner.
2. The third respondent is petitioner's husband and according to the petitioner, there is matrimonial dispute between them.
3. Learned counsel for the sixth respondent submits that the sixth respondent filed a complaint before the Superintendent of Police on the allegation that the petitioner as well as the third respondent had received certain amount from the sixth respondent, which is not returned. Therefore, a case for cheating has to be taken against her. For that purpose, enquiries were being made by the police and at that stage, petitioner has approached this court.
4. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that there is no law and order situation and there is no threat to the

We do not think that any direction as sought for can be granted to the petitioner, in view of the aforesaid submission. The writ petition is closed.
