J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed a revision at Ext.P7 against the order of the 3rd respondent under the Land Conservancy Act, 1957 produced as Ext.P6. When the revision is pending, the petitioner is sought to be evicted by Ext.P8, is the grievance. It is also submitted that the petitioner has made a prayer for interim stay of eviction before the revisional authority.

2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the revisional authority, shall dispose of the interim application for stay filed along with Ext.P7 revision, within a period of three months from today. The eviction

proceedings shall be stayed until such orders are passed; which order shall determine the matter thereafter.

3. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the 3rd respondent for compliance.
