Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for a direction to 1st respondent to afford adequate police protection from the obstruction caused by respondents 2 and 3 to operate the taxi of the petitioner from the Poochunnipadom Taxi Stand. 3.
Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instruction submits that at the instance of the police authorities, parties were called and the matter has already been settled and there are no dispute as on date.
