JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:
"Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to issue a certificate to the petitioner stating that Ext.P2 is a duplicate copy of the original Exhibit P1 within such time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."
This Court is of the view that if the genuineness of the deed is satisfied, there is no impediment to issue a certificate to the effect that Exhibit P2 is the duplicate of the original document. Needful shall be done by the second respondent within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
