J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's grievances in the synopsis is as follows: "The petitioner is honest and gentle towards the public. In Malappuram District there are Maphias like land revenue, real estate etc. The Government officials and the politicians are part of this Maphias. They are looting the poor people. As a honest and genuine official this powerful group always attacking the petitioner by various ways. Petitioner filed so many representations and complaints before the District Collector and his higher officers for an impartial enquiry with respect to the merits but not considered due to the high influence of the politicians

and Maphia groups. Instead they harassing the petitioner. Petitioner complaints are pending before the authority."

The writ petition also discloses no better, sustainable pleadings. The complaints annexed along with the writ petition indicate that the petitioner is aggrieved by the various complaints received by the District Authority with respect to the appointment of the petitioner and repeated medical examination carried on without any specific instances pointed out. There are also vague reference to 3rd party complaints. None of these arid facts lead to a cause for issuance of a writ by this Court. In such circumstance Writ petition would stand dismissed.
