J U D G M E N T
The petitioner who was appointed as a Full time Menial in St.Antony's High School, Kuninji, is aggrieved by the denial of approval to his appointment. In the writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus against the 2nd respondent to grant the necessary permission for granting of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Full time Menial with effect from 01.02.2013. When the matter came up for orders on 30.06.2015, it was submitted by learned Government Pleader on instructions that, the 2nd respondent had passed orders implementing the directions of the Government in Ext.P3 order, and consequential directions has been issued to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the application for approval of the appointment. When the matter was taken up on 24.07.
2015, the learned Government Pleader submitted that, the 1st respondent had also passed consequential orders in the matter of approving the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 01.02.2013.
writ petition is closed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his claim for arrears of salary and other allowances, if the same is not paid within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
