JUDGMENT

A major portion of the property of the petitioner has been acquired. The petitioner seeks allotment of an alternate land. This is on the basis of the promise held out by the Government.

2. Ext.P5 representation is pending in this regard before the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
