JUDGMENT
Seeking any early action on Ext.P1 request, the petitioner has approached before this Court.
2.
The petitioner is operating a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-11 U 2295 between Balussery and Perambra covered by regular permit valid till 27.9.2019. The petitioner alleges that the time schedule that is initially issued to the petitioner's service was on 28.9.1999. Subsequent to the introduction of the petitioner's service, lot of new services have been introduced, but in spite of the same, the petitioner stood by his time schedule. The petitioner further alleges that he intends to make slight changes to the service so as to avoid the clash of timings and in public interest. With this intention, he submitted a request for revision of timings of his own service seeking to change of one time slot of his service from Perambra from 5.12 p.m. to 4.50 p.m. But the respondent
W.P.(C) No. 17503 of 2015 -2has not passed any orders on Ext.P1 request. 3.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of submissions and the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 request, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V. RAMAKRISHNA PILLAI JUDGE Scl.
