JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. No notice is being issued to respondent Nos.4 to 6 in view of the order which is being passed.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection. Petitioner's case is that there is some matrimonial dispute with petitioner's son, who is abroad. Petitioner submits that he has been threatened by the private respondents.

3. In the facts of the present case, especially on going through the contents of Ext.P1, we are of the view that no case is made out to issue any direction as prayed for as on date. We, however, observe that in the event, any offence is committed or there is any attempt to commit offence, it is always open for the petitioner to file appropriate complaint

WP(C) No. 17537 of 2015 -:2:- before the police authorities and the police authorities may look into the same and do the needful in accordance with law. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.
