J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, a stage carriage operator, has submitted Ext.P2 application seeking revision of timings in respect of stage carriage bearing Reg. No.KL 12 B/4608. She complains that the said application has not been disposed of till date. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the application will be considered and disposed of without further delay. 2.

In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as other interested parties.
