JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J.

This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection in the matter relating to parking of auto-taxi belonging to the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, when attempts were made to park his vehicle in the auto stand, the same was obstructed by 4th respondent.

3. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

Under such circumstances we do not think that any further directions are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
