J U D G M E N T
Petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P5 by which it was informed by the Additional Tahsildar that the property that the petitioner is seeking for measurement is included as puramboke land and is a pathway.
In view of the aforesaid fact that the Government records indicate that the property is a puramboke land, the remedy of the petitioner is to challenge the survey or to claim right in respect of the property by approaching the Civil Court.
