JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who had worked in the DB Pamba college, run by respondents 1 and 2, as a Guest Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry for the period for 27.07.2013 to 31.03.2014, approached this Court through the present writ petition, aggrieved by the fact that the respondents had not released any remuneration that was due to the petitioner as per the terms of her appointment as Guest Lecturer. When the matter came up for orders on 23.07.2015, the learned Government Pleader was directed to ascertain as to whether the bills pertaining to the salary of the petitioner, which were forwarded to the 3rd respondent, have been received by the 3rd respondent, and whether any steps have been taken by the 3rd respondent to process the same.
It is reported by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that the 3rd respondent has since processed the bills and sanctioned the payments that are due to the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that, while she has been sanctioned certain amounts, the entire amount that is due to her has not been paid till date. Ext.P8 is a representation that has been preferred by the petitioner before the 1st respondent highlighting her grievance with regard to the non disbursal of balance amounts due to her.
-2W.P.(C). No. 17610 of 2015 limited prayer of the petitioner is only for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
