J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is a Nodal Prerak of the literacy Mission in Ottapalam Municipality, is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the authorities to grant honorarium for the period during which the petitioner was under suspension, and also by the conduct of the respondents in preventing the petitioner from performing any mission activities. Agitating his grievance, he has preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 2nd respondent, and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation, after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition

W.P.(C).No.17612/2015 with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
