The petitioner has been appointed as a Corporate Manager of Lutheran Schools, under the Educational agency of India Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Educational agency has preferred Ext.P3 application before the 2nd respondent for approval of the said appointment. In the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is essentially that, notwithstanding the said application, no decision has been taken by the 2nd respondent. The prayer in the writ petition therefore, is only for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the said application, expeditiously.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on

W.P.(C).No.17634/2015 Ext.P3 application, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the Educational agency, the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition as also a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for further action. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE prp
