J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming protection to the life of the petitioner and her parents. Petitioner's case is that although divorce has already been granted by the Family Court on 31st of July, 2013, still, the 3rd respondent, the ex-husband of the petitioner, is harassing the petitioner by coming to the house in the night. Ext.P1 was the complaint sent by the petitioner.

Learned State Attorney, after obtaining instructions, submitted that on Ext.P1 complaint, an enquiry was conducted and police came to the conclusion that no such incident took place. Hence, no further action has been taken. He further submits that, still, there are some matrimonial disputes between

Be that as it may, as on date, we see no reason to issue any direction. We only observe that if any offence is committed or attempted, it shall be open for the petitioner to file appropriate complaint.
