JUDGMENT
The respondents though served by special messenger have not entered appearance. Similar writ petitions have been disposed of and Ext. P6 judgment is one such. The order of status quo in W.A. No. Nos. 227, 224 and 574 of 2001 does not disable the petitioner from obtaining connection. So is the case with regard to the order of status quo passed in S.L.P.(C).Nos. 5049, 506 and 5067 of 2007.
2.
The respondents are therefore directed to provide electricity connection to the premises bearing building numbers XI/2148, XI/2149 and XI/2150 of Munnar Grama Panchayath. This is ofcourse subject to the condition that the petitioner satisfies all other conditions.
The writ petition is disposed of.
